Training

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we give our franchisees the best mentorship and support in the industry. Our support begins with an intensive 5 day training program at Stick Men University® that consists of hands-on training covering all aspects of running your own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Franchise. During our training program you will have an opportunity to shadow one or more successful franchises in our system. Training continues with 5 days at home office in Toronto and finishes up with 3 days of on-site training in your office.

Field Support

kroger smart marketing trainingTWO MEN AND A TRUCK®’s support for new franchisees doesn’t end with our training program. Our home offices in Toronto, Ontario and Lansing, Michigan, are there to provide the coaching you need. And when you open your office, we provide a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) who will help you manage staff recruitment, training and assist you with your first few moves. And as your franchise momentum builds, your FBC will provide assistance in planning and executing grass roots marketing initiatives and community networking activities.

One example of support from Home Office is when Dawn Kroeger, Director of Marketing and Heidi Sharp, Lead and Email Marketing Specialist, travelled to Toronto from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/International’s Lansing Michigan office to review the new Marketing Playbook with our Canadian franchisees. Effective grass roots marketing combined with a robust advertising program is likely to result in double digit growth again next year.
